Your health information is stored securely in Medtech Cloud and is only accessible by authorised clinical staff involved in your care. We comply with the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.

7. Telehealth and Video Consultations

All video consultations are conducted via encrypted, secure platforms. We do not record consultations without your prior consent.
